What do we offer?
Upstream takes an active role when it comes to social responsibility. We are involved in several projects each year, supporting organisations such as UNICEF and SOS Children’s Villages.
We actively raise money within our offices for natural disasters and aim to support differing organisations each year. In 2010 we assisted The Child’s Smile Foundation, a non-profit organisation that aims to raise funds for disadvantaged children and raise awareness for issues such as child abuse, poverty and abandonment.

I work as an Algorithm Developer in Upstream’s London Office. I manage the Algorithm and Analytics team; a team of statisticians and algorithm developers who develop and validate new methods for optimising marketing strategies. We explore new possibilities for our clients in the field of mobile marketing and are constantly expanding into the ever-growing world of social and online marketing opportunities. I have always enjoyed distilling huge data sets for the emerging insights and here at Upstream I feel I can take my passion for extracting knowledge from data and utilise it to make a difference for both Upstream and its customers.
I recently joined Upstream as the Account Director for the Latin America Region. The experience has been great. The new Upstreamers from LATAM went together to Europe for a training period with the Europe’s co-workers in London & Athens. It was an excellent opportunity to learn the best practices and also the corporate know how. I’m really impressed about the nice climate in Upstream’s Offices, the high quality of the teams & the way different cultures blend together here. Right now I’m in a project room in Rio with coworkers from India, Greece & Peru. It’s amazing!
I am a Senior Statistician at Upstream. My job is to develop new statistical methodologies, to find methods to optimize our performance and to ensure the correct application of our techniques in running campaigns. On one hand we try to achieve maximum performance and on the other hand we must not be overly aggressive in our methods to maintain our client’s brand name. Upstream is one of the most innovating companies in the field, we invest in scientific research and encourage new ideas. Working here gives you the opportunity to interact with true experts, broaden your horizons and quickly develop professionally. For me working at Upstream is a real challenge, an environment that is constantly evolving, with new paths to follow and in the end, to see the outcome of your work in real life applications is the greatest reward.
Everything started not so long ago in 2009 when I first joined Upstream for my six-month internship in Brands & Media department in Athens and quickly after that I was offered a permanent role as Account Manager. I am glad to be a member of such a vibrant team oriented organization amongst enthusiastic co-workers. Moreover, the modern facilities and benefits that come along establish my beliefs for Upstream being the best place to be right now. I am a Campaign Management Director at Upstream. My job is to overview the execution of all mobile marketing campaigns. After years of interaction with consumers all over the world via mobile channels, Upstream has developed a methodology to optimize performance and a know-how on the particulars of communicating over what is undoubtedly the most personal of all media, the mobile phone. My role in the company is to ensure that all mobile campaigns handled by Campaign Managers are executed according to the company’s knowledge and methodology. Optimizing performance in Upstream means focusing on the bottom line but also doing so in a manner that build brand equity for the client. Upstream is a leading company in the emerging field of Mobile Marketing. As a leader in its field, Upstream aspires not only to grow but also to lead the field’s effort to secure an integral role in the global business world. To do so, Upstream has created a working environment that is at the same time results-driven but that also fosters change and new ideas.
